The project in question of a. Ginadi sets a new standard in the modern living experience.
A luxury tower that rises to 32 floors that creates an ideal complex with plenty of green space around. The landscape is a very important component, so we made sure to choose the special location for you. The building is designed so that most of the apartments reflect the sea.
The tower is located within walking distance of the cliff promenade, Lagoon beach – 10 min walk directly to the water, schools, kindergartens, synagogues, winter lake, shopping and entertainment centers, easy and quick access to road 2.
The project plans 125 housing units, 4 apartments on each floor. The tower will be built to a much higher standard than usual and will be characterized by very rich specifications while emphasizing the smallest details.
The design is entrusted to the firm of Lea Lea Rubenko Architects. The construction process is defined as “green construction” that is carried out using the latest technologies and advanced materials and products.
